Terms of Service
Underdog provides news and content for entertainment consumption purposes. Users are free to
use the site for the purposes of media consumption.
Underdog reserves the right to block any users for misuse as determined by the proprietor(s) of the app/site.
Underdog reserves the right to curate the content on the app/site as the proprietor(s) deem appropriate.
Privacy Policy

Underdog will identify valid grounds under the GDPR for collecting and using personal data.
Underdog will ensure that we do not do anything with the data in breach of any other laws.
Underdog will use personal data in a way that is fair. This means Underdog will not process the data in a way that is unduly detrimental, unexpected or misleading to Underdog users.
Underdog will be clear, open and honest with people from the start about how we will use their personal data.
Underdog will use email addresses for marketing emails directly to the user. The user will have the option to unsubscribe
Underdog will not give or sell user data to any organization without prior notification and opportunity to opt-out to the user.
The only identifying information that Underdog will retain are email addresses and user device IDs for authentication and push notification purposes.
Underdog will reserve the right to track user behavior for the sole purpose of providing a better user experience to the user.
Underdog does not currently use Machine Learning or Analytics tracking information to market or alter user experience. If and when we begin, we will notify users via email of exactly what data we plan on collecting and how we plan on using the data. Users will have the opportunity to opt out if they would prefer.
Underdog believes in the user and the user's right to privacy. We will do everything we can to make sure and protect user data.

End User License Agreement
1. This agreement is a legally binding document between you and Underdog Media.
2. You will act toward the ethical good in all your interactions on Underdog Media.
3. There will be a spirit of mutual respect and trust between Underdog Media and you, the consumer of the application.
4. You are not allowed to copy or reverse-engineer the Underdog application, platform or any works found on it.
5. You will be respectful of the artists who display their work on Underdog Media. We work hard to create this work, and trolling will not be tolerated.
6. You are free to enjoy the app and use it for its intended purpose of distributing art and utilizing art as activism.
7. Don't steal anything from Underdog Media or its artists.
8. Underdog reserves the right to ban you from its services for any reasons except race, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, physical appearance or any other "identification" characteristics (eye color, hair color, etc.).
9. Underdog is a space that is meant to promote the building of good things by focusing on positive creativity. You agree to contribute your actions on this platform towards this goal.
10. This agreement can be added to as time goes on and new issues come to light. If subscribed, you will be notified every time a change is made to this agreement, and be given a chance to opt-out.
11. Racism, sexism, LGBTQ-phobism, and other discriminatory "isms" will not be tolerated.
12. By using this app, you agree to Underdog collecting the following data: Account information such as username, password, phone number and other account information including mobile device identification. If you do not wish for Underdog Media to have that information, please do not register for an account.
13. You agree to be the best person you can be to make this world a more positive, more productive, and more loving place.
